Refund policy

At PE Babakekhian, each piece of jewelry is made to order with great care and attention to detail. While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.

 

 

 

1. Return Window

 


You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

2. Return Eligibility

 


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition

  • All original packaging (including boxes, certificates, and tags) must be included

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The return must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return instructions

 

 

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

 

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. engraved or specially sized pieces)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

 

 

 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

 

 

 

5. Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If the item is returned used, damaged, or outside the return window, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

 

 

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you

 

 

 

 

7. Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
