  • All pieces are made to order, and production requires 4 to 6 weeks before dispatch.

  • Prices are listed in euros and are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

 

 

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment is received in full.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Production, Shipping, and Delivery

 

 

  • Since each item is made to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been handed over to the shipping provider.

Returns and Refunds

 

 

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

     

    • Unworn and in original condition

    • Returned in original packaging

    • Not custom-engraved or altered

     

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.
